Beauty and Holistic Training is to change for the better! Previously anyone who had a practice for 5 years could conduct training. This meant that no tested teaching ability was in place. Although the ability to practice was therefore good, the ability to teach could be poor without the background of teacher training. This is about to change. Anyone conducting training will now need to have teacher qualifications. This will help to ensure that the quality of Beauty and Holistic Training is improved and therefore the qualifications gained more accepted throughout Industry. Already the use of Holistic therapies is becoming more widespread and therefore the need to ensure correct training procedures are in place is imperative. As Reflexology and Aromatherapy are being used in more hospitals for terminally ill patients, the training must be of the highest standard for those conducting therapies.
